Age 20, 1956 - Both Tommy and his famous T roadster were in this movie. He was one of the BAD guys, for a big change in roles. In the story, he went to jail for stealing his own roadster. Huh?
They idled his T roadster around so much that they killed the motor, but Tommy got a new one out of the deal. So he built a bigger, better one and ran much faster at the drags. Perfect!
This ended up being a cult movie. Along with such great works of art like The Ghost of Drag Strip Hollow. Do you see now why Tommy moved on to working mostly in TV shows?
